Not really a fan of red ale - often lacks enough hops so the Cascade pellets should bring results.
What difference do you anticipate between adding the hops today rather than in four days?

No difference whatsoever.
50gr dry hop cascade on day 7 might make a difference!

I prefer the `Bish, Bash, Bosh` of Kits.
