I'm thinking of making this kit soon and hopping it with Hallertauer (spelt correctly :?: ) and was wondering about the best way of doing this. Should I

a. make kit up as normal and dry hop for 5 days with 25g

OR

b. empty extract in to fv then rinse with boiling water. Add rinsewater to pan and boil for 20 minutes with some hops (how much ?) and then pour liquid into fv and ferment as normal...perhaps again dry hop with 25g ??

Any thoughts as to the best way to proceed ?? :-k

Cheers Daab, would you also replace the 1kg additional sugar with 1kg light spray malt and 250g glucose ?

I like the thinking daab, i always add the brewers equivelent of 'one for the pot', normally about 300g :D
