I've had some Coopers stout that I lovingly made and very well prepared.
Just poured myself a pint after bottling up my draught for conditioning as a reward and it tastes lovely but is as flat as anything.
I'm 99% sure the seal(the large white one) on my barrel lid was very squished and therefore not making a perfect seal. I remember trying to staighten it to little avail but screwing it on the best I can.
Would this be the reason its fairly flat???
Am I able to repressurise once a new seal is fitted or is it tough luck I have to drink it flat?
BTW the stout has been barreled for three weeks
Many thanks
Paul

If your really stuck sucking some stout up a syringe and forcing it backout again into the glass a few times will create something akin to a poor mans nitro head (like you see on guinness).

Well following everyones advice I also checked my lid which was cracked so will have to purchase another more substantial lid.
I think I will prime some bottles and bottle it up instead.
