Sweet Beer

Got got a question ive done two kits, one i primed in a barrel end of last month...

2nd brew was in 2nd stage for about a week then into a barrel and primed with 3 oz. That was last week.

Question is both of these brews taste REALLY sweet, just wondering if this is normal, there both goerdie, ive done these before but never had this problem, hope i can fix this as i got two more on the go..

Did you check the final gravity before barreling?

Nope, But they where both in first fermenter for about 2 weeks... Could i have barreled too early...
