Hi,

I have a batch of Geordies Scottish Export ready for priming. How much sugar should i stick in each bottle (old newcastle brown bottles)???. I dont want to over carbonate them resulting in exploding bottles....

Oh yeah- what sugar would you recommend? I have white and brown sugar plus some light malt. ta.
