No you didn't write that anywhere Daab (38-40), its in the Bru Pak instructions.

I was querying it, as I applied my fuzzy logic to pitching the yeast (stupidly) and pitched the yeast at 35deg :o

Rather than loose the kit I cooled the wort in a bath of cold water and added a Muntons Gold yeast ;)
