I too must pass my thanks on to DaaB having tried this kit following his instructions and produced my best brew to date.

yep, i agree with glug, many thanks to DaaB, i'm just drinking a pint of it now, its cleared completely now, (bit cooler dwon these parts). got a nice head that stays right down to the bottom and tastes better than any beer i've bought in a pub.

now i gotta make room in my barrel for my next brew, hic !!

gonna be another brupaks i think, i've done colne valley and fixby gold, i'd like to try them all eventually, any suggestions for my next one in their range?
