Good luck. Fermentation STINKS by the way. You'll also need a room at about 16-18 degrees tops.
I fined mine for bottling, no reason to though. If I was doing it again I'd Cascade dryhop it to within an inch of its life, but it has turned out nice the way it is.
thanks for the heads up about the smell, i'm lucky with that as the temp controlled cupboard is in my garage so only the spiders will have to deal with it!
