just had my first taste after a week at room temp. It tastes quite good and has plenty of fizz. I will leave them for a bit now.

I've just started my second brew, I'm doing the coopers european lager. It says to leave this for 3 months for best results. Hopefully it comes out fine as well.

Cheers for help I got on here and to Chris who got plenty of texts!!

Thanks John.

I was thinking of getting my Admirals Reserve started this weekend. I have heard a lot of good things about it.

Problem is, what with one keg cracked I have ordered a King Keg from the Home brew shop so I hope it arrives in time.

Really fancy getting another Brupak kit, they were good.......Fixby Gold mmmmmmmmm......

Speak to you later!

I've been reading about head retention and I think I will go for the BKE to get some in my lager.

My coopers lager has turned out well but it has no head at all (this is only after a week conditioning though).

Would BKE be the best or will light spraymalt do any worse or better?

Cheers,
