I'm probably too late again but if it finished @ 1026 then be careful not to over prime.
Not sure what quantity you should use if any but consideration should be given to the fact that there is still plenty of fermentables present!
Hope it still turns out ok!

Afternoon Folks
Just a quick note about this well after all my panic about fermentaion stoping at 1.026 stired added more yeast no more movement. So bottled on Monday night, so after 5 days i move my beer to the loft and purely in the intrest of science i always open a bottle and try it well today i tried this now being a fairly calm level headed bloke i make the following comment THIS IS F-----G EXCELLENT
Everyone must try this, as soon as my fermenter is empty i will be putting another on and then another and another and another and as its so good i am sticking with my kilo of Dark Spray Malt
Regards
Bee Tee

Tell ye what; If there's ever a horse called " Coopers " in the Grand National, I'm putting my shirt on it!
I mean, let's face it; With Coopers, ye just can't lose!

Hi SB
By the time i come to using this i would hope the temperature has risen and suspect during the height of summer my loft could get into to the mid thirties. So will have to watch for bottle bombs as i use glass.
Anyway so impressed with this stout decided not to wait until my Coopers Dark comes of am away to get another FV today

Re: Coopers Brewmaster Irish Stout
Just dug up this old post after having an unusual fermentation with my coopers brewmaster irish stout.I put it in the fv on friday and expected the usual coopers volcano but there is only slight activity /froth and a bit of scum round the bucket .Ive not checked the gravity yet as there are still bubbles rising. This is certainly completly different to my other coopers brews.Anyone else found this with this one ?
