I got the 3kg kit, Norfolk nog, wondered what you chaps thought of it, and any suggestions? as I've not yet started it, I've been told it can be cloudy, does this matter?
I done a Norfolk Nog a while back & thought it was excellent dark & tasty, I brewed it as per instructions except I used a Safale S-04 yeast & it was as clear as a bell, just give it time .
