One bit of advice for keeping your new kegs cool (and therefore reducing foam) fill a fermenter with ice and water. Later on you can look at the routed of an undercounter fridge, or a flash chiller. I went flash chiller myself.

Chris, I think what you do is called 'Trolling' and will get you kicked off most forums. There is no need for it. The forum doesn't run just to highlight someones knowledge or massage their ego, it is intended to run as a discussion group and to offer advice. What you have just done is turn the thread into an argument, and you've tried to make yourself look good at the expense of trying to making someone else look bad.
A forum doesn't thrive on text book answers to questions, we all have the internet and textbooks for that, it thrives on discussion.
