Proper willpower that and will be rewarded - I'm so close to getting at my Brewferm Grand Cru that I made last January for this Xmas, about 11 months conditioning!
My Grand Cru tasted rubbish until it had 7 months conditioning. I tried first after 2 and wasnt that impressed and then tried another bottle on the odd occasion for a couple of months and then ignored it. Tried 1 recently and it is really tasty. I have a brewmaster 3KG pilsner kit (came in one large round tin) which is similar, its so far has had two months to condition but tastes like it needs several more.
