Coopers fermented out too quick? :O

Just for peoples info.

My coopers kit that fermented down to 1.000 tastes great.

Tubby recommended i prime it with spray malt which i did and now it tastes fine, not dry at all really.

Great advise and a great kit.

And here it is!

This beer is a mystery to me. Even after just almost 2 weeks in keg it tastes fantastic, wonderful and light. Fabulous stuff. I must admit to have been a snob.

I though the aussie ales would be TCP but it is remarkably good :)
