I fermented at between 11-13 deg c. Took about two weeks to get down to fg but the end product tastes like lager not a lager/ale hybrid. Well worth the extra time and hassle.
ah ok, did you use any kind of temperature controlle? or just put in shed? lol
Im thinking of starting one of them mexican ones in ext few weeks but i dont have any temperature control so not sure if using larger ale is wise in my case.
