There is still time to get a Ditch's Stout ready for this year. What are you waiting for?
Happy brewing,
Ian.

All being well, so am I; now that I have an empty barrel to put it in

(I could not bear the idea of bottling it, it just would not be the same.)
Happy brewing,
Ian.

I'm planning on doing a Not-Ditch's Stout this weekend. (It won't be a Ditch's Stout because I'll be bottling it and because I won't be using a heater and also because I might not be able to resist the temptation add some extra hops.)

Christmas starts here!
Very very happy with this brew.
Really smooth flavours of Amarillo and a very slight hint at the end that it was a stout kit. The aroma is also really superb too
I think that I'll try a similar brew with the Coopers Stout kit in the future, as that kit has loads of flavour to start with.
Cheers

I'm going to attempt this over the next few weeks I think but with Coopers Stout.

Cool, go for it.
As the Coopers stout is a slightly larger kit, and has a lot more flavour, I would suggest to up the hops a bit.
Cheers

Would you keep the brewlength at 15l?

It's hard to say really, but the Coopers Stout has quite a high bitterness so be mindful of that when choosing your brewlength.
Saying that, my Coopers Toucan Stout is bitter, but not crazy and it's effectively 1 can brewed to 11.5L with 300g of dme and 300g of sugar.
