MrCPEA---ref web discount code --that does end today as the code was a 1 week early bird exclusive for online shoppers such as yourself ---it pays to go online and beat the rush! as the deal is now live in stores from today , you will see the discounts now reflected on line without the need to add a code
hope that clarifies

cheers

Hi nige,
Huge thanks for that and I can confirm the discount is taken off when you go to pay.
I'm in Wilkinsons (Ely branch) tomorrow picking up my Golden ale two can kit :-)

Cheers again

Rich :-)

Am I just being daft, but I cant find the 'homebrew' section under any of their headings. I can find specific things if I search for them, but which category is the whole section listed under?
TIA

Is the discount defo in store? There was no signage in Bromley today, but had all the £10 kits in which have sold out online. I wouldn't be averse to picking up a few at £7.50 each for future use but don't want to make a special trip down there if the deal's not on in store; I should have asked today but didn't really think seeing as there was no signage and only went to collect my online order.

still got a few bits left from last years sale so dont need anything, but popped in to pick up some plant pots and washing up liquid, somehow 2 golden ales,2 coopers stouts ,and a coopers english bitter lept into my basket whilst i wasn't looking, and i still forgot the washing up liquid ,suppose i'd better nip in tommorow and get that

Hi themadhippy
Its the equivilant to the "Shoeshop" syndrome I am sure that usually affects the OH ,
only our "bargain buys " that fall into our shopping baskets give greater pleasure at a lot cheaper price......
Just don't try and brew a batch of Washing up liquid as the Crustation on that would be a definite "etna event"
Let me know how you get on with the brews ....The Golden Ale I did enjoy , not tried any Cooper stuff yet but stocked up on Wherry, Golden Ale and Hoppy Copper at present myself...

I just had a look at wilkos prices online and as it is further away from me I will stick to my lhbs. They are also more expensive on almost everything than my lhbs. Dme is only £3.85 for me compared to wilkos £4.40 and that's with 25% off.

Is the sale on in store?

My local one is Belper store.

Thanks

Yep, the sale's on in store. I popped into Bromley today and the signage has now been updated with the new prices. Picked myself up three new kits - rude not to - which means I now have 5 waiting to be brewed. The wife's adamant that I won't have 2 FVs on the go at the same time so at £7.50 a pop I have 10 weeks' brewing entertainment (actually one is a wherry but at £14.25 it's no dearer than a Wilko kit and a kilo of spray malt).

Happy brewing!

The prices quoted on their website are before discount.
