boiling kits?

haha well its well known the yanks are behind the rest of the world when it comes to most things, even though they are convinced they are ahead.

I do love the line in the book that reads something like "I am not going to lie, when it comes to beer we owe everything to the Brits"

the book has to be worth its money if only to hear an American say that!!!

that's great advice, thanks guys.

i'm not surprised that there are a couple of issues with his book, but i have to add that, as a beginner, there's something rather amazing and overwhelming about just how easy it is to make great beer at home! i for one have a tendency to overcompensate by getting quite stressed cos i can't believe it's quite so easy. therefore, i found the "relax, don't worry" theme really quite reassuring!

i think its sold 1 million copies or something, say a quid a pop... at least

not bad for a guy thats not a touch on Daab :=P
