Haha, 15g Amaryllis......that'll teach me for submitting a post on my phone, autocorrect nonsense! Looking forward to this brew, my most ambitious yet....hopefully it'll be BLOOMING marvellous...

That's quite appropriate as the man who invented auto-correct has just died.

Apparently his funfair will be hello on sundial

I'll get me coat

Bottled this on Monday 20th, fg came out as 1009 so abv of 5.7%. Pleased with that, sample jar tasted good as well...not surprisingly it was very hoppy (with a hint of flower!).
Im expecting big things from this brew after a couple of poor efforts in recent months. I'll update when I try the first bottle, which will probably be in the next 24 hours...absolutely no patience.

Sounds like this turned out good. You'll notice the hops will start to mellow and the beer will become more rounded given time, if you can wait

Tested a bottle of this last night, less than two weeks in the bottle but couldn't resist.
Needs to clear a little bit more but the taste was very, very good....crisp, hoppy and full of flavour, exactly what I was looking for. I packed a lot of hops in but it's not overpowering.
The Canadian blonde is a perfect base for a punk style clone. I'll give it a couple more weeks then post a pic, hopefully it'll be a tad clearer.
Time to order a couple more blondes, fancy doing a single hop blonde with mosaic.

Glad that this brew is turning out nice for you.

Mosaic is a tasty hop, my Sundew American IPA with lots of Mosaic is starting to taste pretty good and is way too easy to drink at 6.9%!
