It should be good already and it'll only get better

Now that is good advice

And report back your findings! I bottled one of these kits last week, so I'm rather interested in your opinion...

The only problem is I dont drink real ale so I had to seek out real ale drinkers and tell em there was free beer on offer. There was a que round the block!

If it's a malty ale you're after, Nelson's Revenge, a belter. Don't use the yeast though, it'll stick. Get some Safale.

Had a sneaky wee taste of my real ale today. As a non real ale drinker its actually not too bad.
Will leave it a bit longer and have a full bottle
I have the brew in Morrisons fizzy flavoured water bottles. They are rather handy and not expensive at all. Think it was 3 for a quid or something. Only problem with the is removing the sticky goo when the label is taken off.
Any ideas how to remove this or is it simply a cover up process and add a label over the goo?

Nail varnish remover, or acetone will do the trick. Not sure however if the plastic bottle will react? I have only ever used it on glass!

The feedback from real ale drinkers was very very favourable.
As said before I'm not a beer drinker let alone real ale but this stuff is really good! I could drink it all night. Will get another one soon and do it all again.
Havin a few tonight too

Have another Coopers real ale in the FV. It was fantastic!

And its finished!!
I thought I had taken good notes on how I did the last one. Looking at them tonight I have recored that I put half TSP of brewing sugar in a 1ltr bottle at priming.
Not sure if that is right or whether it should read 1TSP
Hey ho.......

Hey ho.......
I am about to bottle real ale and would be grateful for some reassurance on priming of litre bottles.
My thoughts are 1 teaspoon of brewing sugar or 2 Coopers carbi drops per ltr bottle.
Is this about right?
