EB,
Why is your FV1 and FV2 empty? #-o
You know the rules, 1 FV always on the go! :D :D
If it`s not Beer, shove on a TC, ready to drink in 3 weeks.
I`m giving the Butler the Weekend off. I suppose I will have to do this Brew Myself! #-o

Wales, I bottled up on Sunday and was knackered after a day's tile shopping so couldn't be f**ked putting a new one on, especially involving the extra sanitising that hops would involve. No excuse! They will BOTH be full this weekend, one with an Exiled Supping Bradfordian, one with a 'Ditch's Stout', but not a proper Ditch's Stout...the recipe will be 100pc correct but it will be bottles, which makes it a non-Ditch's Stout.

OMG!
13.64Lt!
Strange, just looked in my book and my 3 Gall Stout came out at 6.3% as well.
You might as well do the 18Lts, more beer, same ABV.
Up to you! ELC!

When I was thinking of the 3 gal Ditch's I was thinking more of my carpet than the ABV!

Carpet? Carpet? I`ve brewed with carpet before, don`t do it, it`s horrible and full of fluff and cats` hairs! :D

WA

Sorry! I misread that as Carapils! #-o

I can't add carpet to it. It's a Ditch's stout. For Chrissake don't let him hear of you adding stuff to it!
