Well I must admit, I have had a little sip and although it was cloudy and had a bit of a twang to it, I think it's going to turn out ok!
After barreling I left it at room temp for a week, had a sip, then moved it to a cool place on sunday.
Hopefully it'll be good for Chrimbo but I will try a pint on the 10th as it's my birthday! \:D/

Good luck with yours, keep us all informed how it goes. What was the OG? Be interesting to see what FG yours achieves using the Gervin!
