this is not to say that DME is a waste of time, i was testing with a cheap kit and i dont know if thst made any difference less noticable. i will try this again at some point with better kits.
the sugar brews do have a slight twang compared to the DME ones that some may be glad to get rid of but as i prefer the bitternes it dosnt bother me.
it is after all is said and done - a matter of taste
