Woodforde's Nelson's Revenge

I have a Woodforde's Norfolk Ales - Nelson's Revenge, however, my delightful children have removed the instructions. I have never made this before, so I cannot use an old instruction.

Does anyone have any instructions that they could post on this site that I could use?
