First Brew

If any of you have read my discussion with DaaB on the HomeBeerMaking forum, you know that I had problems with my first brew. When I bottled it was so bitter as to be undrinkable, also very cloudy. I left it for a week and tried a bottle and it had improved a fair bit (I woke up the next morning and hadn't gone blind, bonus!!). Daab's advice was to chuck it and start again, which I nearly did. Anyway just opened another bottle to try and still further improvement still a slight odd after taste but drinkable all the same. I was going to post a picture but am not sure how it's done here. Do you have to have your own web space for the URL to point to. Not sure if I can drink all 30 bottles but a few will be drunk to be sure. Not knocking your advice Daab so please don't think I did not appreciate your advice. It's not perfect for sure, but things can only get better.
Going to :beer now, catch you all later.
