Kits and Secondary Fermentation

Hi All,
My second kit has finished it's primary fermentation. I am going to rack it into my King Keg and then bottle it. Should I add finings to the keg and prime with sugar and then also prime when bottling, or just finings to the keg and add the sugar when bottling.
