just wondering...

Why is the sediment in the bottom of my Woodfordes Nelsons revenge kit thick and jellified unlike the 1.5 kits where you add sugars\dme?..
Ive just barrelled the beer and noticed the leftover sediment at the bottom of the FV..

Its like a weakly made jelly and keeps some form unlike other sediments ive noticed....is there anything i can do with this stuff? Can i use it in a new kit to some benefit of is it waste.
