I'm drinking this now. It's a cracking golden beer with a creamy white head. Takes a long time to clear in the fermenter and looks like a sandy river for a long time, but give it a lengthy condition and it comes up a treat.

If I were you I wouldn't add any additional bittering hops, and instead throw as much as you can in a dryhop bag in the secondary or barrel for hoppy flavour and nose.

I'm very pleased with mine but if I did it again I'd be looking at putting as much as two ounces of Cascade in just because it's such a nice sup.

well im gonna put mine in 2ltr pet bottles, would you reccomend putting in a secondry fermenter for a few days before bottling or shall i just leave in in primary for a bit longer i made mine up to around 20ltrs, and steeped 1oz of bramling x in the can

Right I see. I like a secondary, it's a good time to dryhop and I like to keg brighter beer, but a longer primary would be just as good for you and would save you cleaning up another bucket.

It's a really nice pint in the sunshine, you won;t be dissapointed, but needs about 10-12 days fermenting and about 6 weeks conditioning really.
