Wherry ready for bottling??

Post by pmd2579 » Sat May 17, 2008 10:53 pm

After two weeks in my microbrewery i have taken a sample of my wherry and have got a hydrometer reading of 1.014-1.016 is this ok??, i will transfer the keg to cooler conditions for about 7 days, will it be ok to bottle then?? what is the best thing to use with wherry to prime the bottles (which sugar).
Thanks to the guys who replied to my questions a couple of weeks ago. Please remember this is new to me so any help will be gratefully received?
cheers!!
