Conditioning

Hi all.
I've had my bottles of Weissbier (brewers choice) in a warm place for a couple of weeks after bottling & now have to move them to a cooler place.
My question is, how cool is cooler? Are we talking fridge cool or cupboard under the stairs cool? Will the beer be knackered if the weather warms up & warms the beer?
Thanks

ps. I tasted one part way through its carbonating phase & it was pretty good. Tasted more Kronenborg Blanc than Erdinger. Can't wait until its ready!

Anything between 4C and 16C will do, but I would go for 12C if I had the choice. A fridge would be fine, but unless you have a very understanding partner (or a spare fridge in the garage) you're unlikely to be able to keep 40 bottles in there for a couple of months.

Bottled beer is unlikely to go off if unless it gets very warm indeed.

OK, that sounds alright. I've put them in a dark corner of the garage for now. Hopefully that'll stay cool for a bit. I've just got a spare fridge so I might run that at a weak setting so it's not too cold & see how that works when the weather warms up again.
Cheers
