I am about to bottle my Brewferm Abbey beer.
Made the kit up with 500g dark spray-malt. Fermented for 7 days. In secondary for a further 7 days.
When I bottle it shall I use the normal white sugar or is it worth trying brown sugar to keep with the very rich dark style? And do I use the same amount as when bottling other five-gallon kits (1/2 teaspoon)?
