Ive just started a Woodfordes wherry bitter kit and have a couple of questions before kegging.
Should I add priming sugar, as the kit instructions don't mention it, but all other kits Ive made require this.
Secondly when should I keg? The kit instructions say below 1014 but the kits ive done previously have a gravity of 1006/8 before kegging.

I would use priming sugars unless you are going to force carbonate. About 60grams for 5 gallons. If you get to 1014 with that kit it is fine but if it goes lower that's OK too, just look for no drop over 2 days and its ready to go. It depends on whether you are using spray malt or brewers sugar or tate & lyle what gravity it will get down to.
