30-35 C, IS THIS OK TEMP TO RE-HYDRATE?

i read that 30-35c is good temp to re-hydrate but i thought i read somewhere else that yeast can die at high temps,

i using sefale s-04,

is it ok for 30-35?

Sounds spot on, any higher than 35 though and I think you start to add some risk of yeast death.


Key is to sprinkle it on top of the water in your container and leave it for 20 mins or so before giving it a good shake. By this time your water will have come down a couple of degree's by then
