One of your correspondents mentions squirting CO2 into his keg from a SodaStream cylinder prior to kegging his beer. Is this worthwhile?
Also, having got hold of a SodaStream, can it be used to add a bit of life to flat beer?
SodaStream
I kegged my first brew about two weeks ago but after about four days I noticed that the keg was not quite airtight. I re-primed it and did my best with the seal, but just in case it turns out flat I'm wondering about some way of jazzing it up. I don't think I could bring myself to pour beer away unless it was undrinkable (e.g. Caffreys).
The keg in question is a cheapie plastic one. Not even a King Keg.
