i have a edme irish stout to do, but was wondering, what would be the benifits of using a liquid malt extract instead of using beer kit enhancer or spraymalt, and which liquid malt should i use and how much

LME cans are generally 1.5-1.8 kilos. Use one of those in place of sugar.
The benefit is you're using malt sugar in a convenient readily dissolved medium. As to which liquid malt... it really depends what you want from your beer. Only thing i can suggest is give them a try.

Spraymalt is just malt extract that's been dried, simply a different format of the same stuff.

Beerkit enhancers are a blend of glucose, spraymalt, and dextrins to improve body, head retention and malt flavour in a kit.
