Floating sediment?!

Which by it's definition is impossible I know.
Fermenting Young's Bitter, finally got round to using it as it came with the starter kit.
However pitched safale -04 with it, brewed with 1kg BKE and as an experiment and for naughtiness added 300g T&L OG 1.050 checked today with Hydro, reading 1.012 and tastes fine. Been fermenting since a week on Friday, with the intention of bottling Mon evening at a steady temp of 20deg +/- 2 deg.
Nice vigorous fermentation however noted from early on floating bits of crud on surface which I presumed would just sttle out, thus far still floating, with the remaining signs of foam, from the 2" I achieved during aeration before pitching, (also added yeast nutrient and 'started' the yeast at 25deg. 30 mins before pitching.)
Have just added some finings, my questions are, will this settle further and drop to actually form more sediment? Also I will syphon straight to bottles for secondary, obviuosly will be carefull, but will it matter if any of the erroneous crud comes with the beer? And as an aside anyone else had this happen before? Not too bothered just as ever, curious.

Little clumps of floating yeast or hop debris are normal, even when fermentation has finished.

They won't do any harm, even if they go through into the barrel, but you can skim them off with a sanitised spoon if they bother you.
