youngs definative larger?

just made up my second kit but was woundering what the OG should have been as it was only 1030@25oC last one i did had og of 1048 and fg of 1008

1.6kg youngs definative larger kit
used 700g granulated and 300g glucose(left from tc) as no hbs to get spray malt, dme etc from
made up to the 22lt mark
pitched the kit yeast

anything i missed?

more fermentables, i dont think theres anything wrong with cranking the throttle up a bit
