been and bought this kit, and was advised by the lady in the hbs to use 100% brewing sugar to make up this kit to get the best results.
should i follow this tip or go for beer enhancer or follow the kit instructions 500g spraymalt and 300g brew sugar

I have this kit conditioning at the moment. I bottled it at the weekend. I myself used the 500g spraymalt and 300g of brewing sugar as suggested.
This is only my 2nd kit so I can't really answer, but on my first kit I used 100% sugar and it lacked a bit of depth. Thats why I went for the spraymalt. I think Sparky Paul has made a few Coopers kits and seems to prefer the malt option if that helps? (he uses hops to)
The tastings I had from the hydros were not too bad and it fermented down pretty quickly and has a nice pale straw colour so I have high hopes.
If you can wait 2 weeks then I can probably tell you about the taste...
