25grms Goldings hops.
100grm Med Spray Malt.
300grms Pale spray malt.
300grms gluscose.
1 Geordie Yorkshire Bitter kit.
Safale s04 yeast.
With this recipe I simmered the hops, the malt and the glucose in 2l of water for 10 mins. I then made the beer kit in the usual way, replacing the sugar with the strained hop and malt mix. I rehydrated the yeast in half a cup of water at 40C for about 10mins. I controlled the temperature to between 19-20C.
After a month of standing this beer is ready to drink.
Seems like there should be more sugar/spraymalt added? I'm presuming this is for a 40pint kit. Any opinions on whether this would turn out ok - can't get the original poster to answer. Apologies if this type of post isn't allowed. Please delete if i'm not supposed to link to other sites.

You might have just killed your yeast by trying to rehydrate at 40c
you would have been better rehydrating it at max of 25c

700g of added fermentables will be a bit feeble. Making it up to say 30 pints might work out better though...
To be honest, it's not a million miles away from they way I would make a Geordie Bitter up, but I would add 1Kg of Spraymalt and probably use Fuggles hops, but that's just personal preference. Rather than boil the hops in water and spraymalt, I normally just use 2-3 litres of can rinsings, boil 1/3 of the hops for 15 mins, then take off the heat, add the rest and leave to steep for 20-30 mins.

It's a very 'Midlands' bitter, but I like the flavour.
You have to bear in mind that it's also a budget kit, and doesn't have the complexity of some of the more expensive kits, but they are decent quality and make a good base for additions. A kilo of Spraymalt and a handful of hops makes for a very enjoyable session beer.
