Hi, I wanted to make some ale for my hubby, feel a bit guilty drinking my TC as he dont like cider much :)
He likes the Caingorns wild cat and Jennings ales, has anyone any suggestions as to what I can make that would have a similar taste.

Try him with a milestone IPA, This was the second brew I did and it was that good it was gone in a week :( oh I had no help drinking it
I have gone over to the darkside of all grain but got another milestone IPA kit which is sat in its tins waiting for a barrel at the moment :? may have to dump the thoeys real ale as that is not good its not off or infected just what you would call crap beer its like very watered down newcastle brown

Depends which Jennings he likes. If he's a fan of Sneck lifter you could try Milestone Olde Homewrecker. I've just done it and it's along those lines. Nice winter ale.
Milestones IPA would be good dry hopped if he's a fan of Cockerhoop I reckon.

Heh, I was thinking of trying a Wherry for my next kit but might go for a Milestone Olde Homewrecker one now :)
