1 in 35 goes bad

Post by Chris The Fish » Mon Nov 03, 2008 8:56 am

After having a few yeast problems with my Milestone Black Pearl (under pitched wet yeast) i have been buggering about with it for about a week.

Ive re-pitched, stirred daily and kept a keen eye on things, however i leave it over the weekend and all things have gone a bit boobies north. It now has a smell so strong that sarsons lorries have started to pull up outside thinking the factory has moved.

not to worry, i know my mistakes and its only the first infection in 35 kit brews. learn and move on.

now where are the chips???

Oops! :(

Never mind, Chris - it feels bad at the time, but it's all part of the learning process.
