Kit Recipes

Post by arturobandini » Fri Nov 21, 2008 11:32 pm

Hi all,

Having been inspired by that Hoegaarden thread that's hovering around the 1st page of the kit recipes ( Hoegaarden Thread), I was wondering what kit recipes people had for making "clone" style recipes of commercial beers using a kit as your base. I'll post the Hoegaarden one below this and one for a San Miguel style lager I found. I think these are excellent ideas especially for people like me who are planning to step up the ladder when space and funds allow but would like to grab the next rung.

The San Miguel recipe was posted by DaaB and a few others, not read anyone who has made it comment on it though. A Dave Lines recipe by all accounts.
