beer not priming over finned??

for some reason the beer that i left to prime has not primed,
i have now put more sugar in the bottles but not sure if anything is happening, i used isinglass finings then youngs finings then put in a cold place for 5 dAYS,
i did this as i wanted a mega clear lager and others i have done have been a bit cloudy, but i fear i may have over done it... IS THERE A POSSABILITY THAT I HAVE REMOVED ALL THE YEAST?? i didnt think this was possable but i cant see any other explanaition. temp is 21c when priming left for 1 week.

wat do you think??

hi, thanks for the prompt and informative reply, yes you are right i believe the last problem was a chill haze, it was woodfords werrey, alas, i am out of the country till 1st of jan and i did not antisipate this problem, i was hoping that my beers would be ready 4 consumption when i got back. i have no choice but to condition my beers in the fridge and hope for the best with the fizz for next year when i get back.
