I started a coopers canadian blonde earlier on today. I followed the instructions and added the wort to the FV, then added the brew enhancer (and a few hundred grams of brew sugar) and 2 litres of boiling (filtered) water. I stirred the mix and noticed that some of the sugar had caramalised in the mix. I continuted to stir it and a few peices broke up. There are a few clumps left in it, however.
Ive since added the yeast etc. Will the caramalised sugars be consumed by the yeast?
