Brupaks West Riding Wheat

Have had this kit sat about for a good while and the yeast is out of date. It comes supplied with a lager yeast, what would be the best yeast to replace it with?

Safale-so4 seems to be very popular around these parts.

Yes, but with them originally supplying a lager yeast I was wondering whether saflager 23 would be better or maybe even us05?

Brupaks tend to know what there doing IMO so if they originally supplied lager yeast then that would be the preferred route-safale so4 is considered to be an ale yeast. On the other hand you could probably bung almost anything in there and get a drinkable result,might not be what you were hoping for
