Brupaks West Riding Wheat
Brupaks West Riding Wheat
Have had this kit sat about for a good while and the yeast is out of date. It comes supplied with a lager yeast, what would be the best yeast to replace it with?
Re: Brupaks West Riding Wheat
Yes, but with them originally supplying a lager yeast I was wondering whether saflager 23 would be better or maybe even us05?
Re: Brupaks West Riding Wheat
Brupaks tend to know what there doing IMO so if they originally supplied lager yeast then that would be the preferred route-safale so4 is considered to be an ale yeast. On the other hand you could probably bung almost anything in there and get a drinkable result, might not be what you were hoping for
