Now I don't mind the lees in fact I'll drink 'em after pouring the cleared beer into me glass.
But me OH and DD don't like the yeasty flavour . How can I filter to really clear the beer and still get a head on it when it's poured or will they have to live with it. I had considered filtering then adding heading liquid Will this work?
