As there have recentley been a few threads on issues with the brewferm fruit beers I am looking for a suggestion on how I would make one?
Do I just use a wheat beer kit and add a load of fruit/fruit juice or is there a certain procedure to follow to end up with good results like a Fruli, Framboose, Kriek etc.

Yeah ive been pretty interested in this idea, SWMBO loves raspberry beer. Ive debated experimenting to see what i can come up with but not overly exited about 5 gallon of beer for a failed experiment. I might have to do some extract brewing in a demi to experiment.

It might be the way forward, the kits that are available just dont look up to much so thats why i'm wanting to go down the route of making my own from a wheat beer and fruit
