Waters?

I will be starting a new brew next week and i,ve been woundering if it woud be benificial to use bottled water as aposed to tap water. I do live in a hard water area.

A lot of members do use bottled water, the cheap stuff from asda or sainsburys/other. Although tap water treated with 1/2 a campden tablet is fine too really, unless your on the dark side of AG Brewing, in which case you start treating the water like a mad scientist

There's nowt wrong with hard water otherwise there wouldn't be a brewery in Burton-on-Trent.
