I made the above just before xmas and it has been in the garage now the pressure barrel now for about 5 weeks now. It has definetly improved over the last couple of weeks, but it is still cloudy and a touch sweet. I spilt some on my hands and noticed they were sticky. Is it worth bringing it in doors for another week.
Is the garage too cold in this weather. I also have a coopers stout in there which has been in for longer but i suspect this still has unprimed sugars left in.
Is it worth finding an old duvet or something!

Did you leave them in the warm for a week after priming and transferring to the keg before moving them to the garage? I wouldnt expect an IPA to be sweet even with un-fermented priming sugars. What was the FG when you kegged it?

The fv was 1010, I think it went from 1050. I left it in the warm for a good 10 days just to be sure.
I'm wondering if the couldyness is chill haze, with the cold weather we are having etc.

I would be tempted to pour out a pint and let it come up to about 14c to see if it clears up and how it tastes. I am personally more concerned about my beer tasting good than looking good, though it is nice to have a clear beer.
