Following on form this thread viewtopic.php?f=4&t=19313&p=222353#p222353 regarding the Milestone IPA, I bottled it after re-priming and it has been 'clearing' for the past couple of weeks.
As it stands, it's still as dense as engine oil. SHould I leave it and see what happens or is it a case of live and learn?
IPA not clearing
Re: IPA not clearing
I can't imagine that yeast is still in suspension after that amount of time, how cold is it where it is being store? Have you cracked one open yet? Is is carbonated? If so what does it taste like? It might be chill haze if it is too cold. I have had a couple brews that didn't clear completely but tasted fine and when warmed up to drinking temp became much clearer.
Re: IPA not clearing
true, plus as it's an ale, it'll taste better when warmer. I'll give one ago either today or tomorrow
